With multiple nuclear wars having rendered the environment poisonous, the majority of humanity has been compelled underground in 3021 AD The Bounty Hunter Gigablox. Those who manage to stay above ground are a bunch of scumbags who break the law and do whatever they want as long as they avoid bounty hunters. Players can rely on today's bounty hunter, SK-1000, to assist them in their quests for rewards in both the main and bonus games.
3021 AD The Bounty Hunter is a Gigablox slot with a lot of backstory. A succession of nuclear battles have devastated Earth, and the only people who have managed to escape the poisonous air have taken refuge in subterranean metropolises. This is the premise of the futuristic/apocalyptic story. The infamous Bounty Hunter SK-100 steps in when these cities are overrun by criminals and fugitives. Imagine a blend of Blade Runner and The Mandalorian.
The soundtrack, which is fast and almost industrial-style, bangs away as you spin, adding to the gritty feel. The design here is effective, despite how strange it seems.
Neon symbols representing the suits of playing cards and four higher paying character symbols line the reels against a backdrop of cityscapes. A jumbled collection of extraterrestrials and cyborgs are among them. A payline containing six purple characters is the best paying symbol, paying six times the wager. The prize isn't particularly substantial, but as you'll see below, multipliers do play a role in the main round.
The Bounty Hunter has the ability to fire a barrage of bullets at the reels at any point during any spin. At this point, the Bonus Round with the Bounty Hunter Wild Reels will begin. Upon activation, the symbols struck by the SK-100's bullets transform into wilds, as you might expect. The new wilds are taken into account while calculating payouts. In either the main game or the free spins, the feature can be activated.
